Bad bed leveling of a offset
Good day fellas. I keep having same issues woth all my rats vcore 4 500mm. Very difficult to get correct 1st layer. On small prints it seems fine. But larger area prints not sonwell. In any case print starts nice, zoffset correct but as time goes by I have to keep adjusting z offest to get decent first layer because nozzle goes too low. I do preheat 1.5-2hours. Over 2h seems almost solve that issue. Looks like x axis keeps deforming while printing or something. All printers enclosed and closed doors. Any ways to improve that? Just preheat?

I'm having the same issue
Trying to find a solution
But i haven't tried pre heating. I have an enclosure for my vcore 4 500 aswell, at what temps do you set the bed and hotend (For a PLA print), and do you just set the temps and after 2 hours, start a print or is there a setting for prehetting so that it automatically starts printing?
Preheating 3.5hours helps a bit. I figured that x beam does not fit inside frame after proper heating. I do have qidi plus 4 chamber heater installed. I preheat for abs at 90C bed, part fan at 100%, hotend off, chamber heater 70, air filter on.
Once all frame heats up, inside air heats hotend to 46c i assume it is preheated. Took me 3.5h at that temps. Deformation over this time is 1.2mm! Nozzle came closer to bed by 1.2mm....
