how to get this type of joystick, does anybody have a code?

The person in this video is able to do it because of a bug that's now been patched.
It's not possible to change the size of the sprint button or move it below the joystick....

just put the running button from top To Inside the control

Hi! This is how you do it. Pull your joystick upwards and release it to lock.

i used that before some years and from some weeks im unable to fix it 😄
Mine have this movement button, it is for third layout and you may have to change it when playing on phone.
