heater_bed not heating at expected rate
New V-Core 4 build. I'm trying to do the beacon_ratos_calibrate command and when it gets to heating the bed to 85C it times out around 50C and gives the error: "heater_bed not heating at expected rate". I copied in the [verify_heater heater_bed] into the printer.cfg file to adjust the time it takes to time out and this has prevented the error from occurring.
What I'm facing now is the bed taking foreverrr to heat up. I'm talking 20 minutes to go from 50C to 70C. What could be wrong? loose connection somewhere maybe?

This is bed temperature over about 20 min. ^^^
I had the same problem after the printer was a little over 6 months old. I thought the bed heater was bad after trouble shooting everything I could think of, ordered another one and same thing. I was about ready to throw it out in the back yard and I finally decided to remove and inspect the fuse next to the power cord. When I went to turn the cover I discovered it had worked itself loose so apparently the fuse was not fully contacting? No idea, but I checked continuity on the fuse, installed it again making sure to turn the cover fully to the right and it started working fine. I spent weeks trouble shooting this and still can't believe the fix, but it is the truth.
