Shader issue

This is using: MC Eternal 2 Oculus 1.8.0 Photon v1.2a Minecraft Windowed mode If you change the mc window size it causes this to happen. Reloading the shader fixes the issue, but it can be very easily replicated by changing the mc window size in any way.
