Screen micro-freezes when flicking mouse fast - high FPS (800+) and 280Hz monitor, but stutters

I’ve been having an annoying issue in val and can’t seem to figure it out. My system runs the game at 800+ FPS on a 280Hz monitor, graphics maxed, but whenever I move my mouse quickly (like flicking from one target to another), the screen freezes for a split second, before snapping to where I flicked. It’s not network lag, not FPS drops, and it only happens when I move my mouse fast. My mouse input feels smooth otherwise. All my pc components / peripherils i.e mouse, keyboard and monitor r brand new with 1 week of ussage. I don't have this problem in other comp games such as marvel rivals and BF6. If ur wondering i did turn off enhancer in mouse settings. My actual mouse settings is 1000hz and 1600 polling
Solution:
also the problems been solved by disabling realtek
