Opt-out of Beta Rules

Hello all. We had an incident with WAF on October 27th caused by new Beta rules kicking in our Managed Ruleset and triggering in the 
id
 string on legitimate traffic. In other CDNs, such as Akamai, I can opt-out of Beta rules or perform different actions on them. How can I achieve the same in Cloudflare, since it's a "Cloudflare Managed" ruleset?
