It's failing because your GPU doesn't have enough Vulkan support for DXVK. Looking it up, I don't think it has enough Vulkan support for something like Proton Sarek either. You can try your luck with WineD3D, but I wouldn't expect much.

Doesn't Proton Sarek require at least Vulkan 1.2? According to TPU at least, Broadwell only supports 1.0

Driver it uses on Linux is called hasvk.
Not fully featureful ( especially since DXVK not only requires a specific VLK version but extra extensions as well ) but does capable of DXVK 1.10.3
