I wouldn't risk it, honestly. Fortnite has a kernel level anticheat that isn't compatible with wine/proton/bottles. Even if it does work, you could get your account banned by the anticheat.
Just checked because sometimes these games can still be played via Android. Fortnite is blocked on Waydroid. Pretty much the only way you can play Fortnite on Bazzite without risking an account ban is if you use a cloud play service like Geforce or Game Pass.
