Higher Than Expected Ping Singapore Server
I'm using Singtel as my ISP and live in Singapore but my ping to all servers is >50ms recently, been like this for the last few weeks.
I've tried switching to ethernet, reinstalling the game, restarted my computer, change dns. Can help see if there is any way to help reduce the ping back to <10ms as expected of playing on singapore server while living in Singapore.

3. Take a screenshot of your Command Prompt showing the results and share it here.but from my knowledge, players from Singapore are experiencing a ping increase to Manila because the Singapore<->Manila link is down due to a subsea fiber break in the APAC region.

I did it before and got this result, but a thing to note this very poor ping happens only starting in the afternoon
Ok noted, but does this affect the singapore server itself for players in singapore?

Sorry, seems like the issue is back again
it might actually seems that Singtel seems to do maintenance around this timing, so it always tends to spike, but now much more stable and no sudden spikes in ping at least
