Got banned for a 3rd time, after being unbanned twice

I accidently screeenshared my details, and someone was in my call, got the details and sent it to a cheater, and my account got permanently banned right
you said you played on your friend pc and their pc got banned
I sent in a ticket, and the account got unbanned within 12h

went offline
woke up, no one was on my account, no seperate PC's on my account or anything and I got permanently banned AGAIN
exact same reason, automated vanguard 3rd party tool ban
I submitted another ticket, and it got unbanned within 12h
I played a few ranked games, and then like a few days later or so I played ranked on my friend's PC
1 ranked game, and then I went about my day
their PC gets HWID banned, their main account doesnt get banned, and my main account gets banned
so something was happening with my account, and not their PC, otherwise their main would've been banned right?

or was the last account logged into that device
because they were logged into their main account
logged out
I logged into my main on their PC
and their main didnt get banned
yea i really dont know how it work

thats why I feel like I need to speak with a riot dev directly, cuz I mean
my ticket got responded to within 9 minutes, they said its been reviewed before (that was the first review, for that ban) and declined it
