That looks very wrong. The default value for that is ~/Games/Heroic/Prefixes/default/Rocket League

First of all get your Wineprefix back to normal Then download Proton-Sarek from here and place it into /home/coolguy09090909/.var/app/com.heroicgameslauncher.hgl/config/heroic/tools/proton/

Alright, restart Heroic if you haven't already, then open the game settings for Rocket League In the Wine Version dropdown, select Proton-Sarek Then re-run the game

That looks fine You may be out of RAM, 6GBs is not a lot. Try closing all unnecessary open applications

I assume that's the Roblox launcher? Why do you need to use that, can't ChromeOS just run Android apps? Either way, Roblox is made to run on phones. Your Chromebook is more powerful than that (although not by much)
