Question about profile result (to fix rubberbanding)

Hello I'm running a fabric 1.21.10 server behind a velocity proxy (nothing fancy just some performance/qol mods) I have the spark profiler here: https://spark.lucko.me/hgjCez7OWA However i don't realy seem to be able to pinpoint the issue. For some reaosn the average mspt seems to be quite low (12.4) with the 95% tile being 23.7 but it sometimes spikes to 310 randomly which then causes quick rubberbanding /blocks laggin into and out of place. Can anyone give me any hints on why these issues would be the case/how to fix them?

Self hosted? Public server? Is the world pregenrated (is rubberbanding from loading new chunks)? Does it randomly lag or lags in a pattern?

Self hosted (well renting a vps and then hosting the minecraft server inside amp) and public. The world is pregenerated (5k chunks). It happens even if all players stay in the same spot and simply do some digging. The world is new so no massive farms/redstone that could cause lags either. I can't point the finger to any pattern but it seems to be mspt spiking to rando 190-300 at some point (but rather consistently almost the entire time). The spark report is from when the issue was happening. (please do ping if you reply)

@Jods 🦎 I would try removing c2me, also the vps machine specs isnt great Also set your xms and xmx flags to the same value
