I got suspended because of a third party
I got band by third party software that I dont even have, all I have is opera opened, discord , Spotify & fraps (fps counter) opened, I already submitted a ticket and after a while I got unbanned, then played about 2 comps the other 1 got ban mid game, I cant submit another ticket because I cant sign in, please help.

Someone was trying to access your account so riot lock it
contact riot support give them all info they need
Then they will unlock it

The ticket describes that there's still something running that could be used to modify Valorant. You should either find and uninstall it, or do a fresh Windows install and be careful what you install at that time.
If you do nothing, you'll eventually get another restriction.
If you're afraid someone else is logging into your account, you could enable Riot mobile 2fa.
Does Radmin VPN count as one?
Maybe. Anything that interacts with Riot systems that isn't the Valorant client itself could violate the terms.
