Got perma suspended for accused third party cheats

I logged into my pc after not playing for like 2 weeks (was out on vacation with family) when I got back I went on Val to see I got a perma suspension I’ve spent hundreds on this account and was NOT cheating. I’ve only played with a few friends just to have fun but now I lost everything I’ve tried contacting support but nothing works if a dev can please just hear my case out I will be super greatful!
