My account got scammed 10 days ago because my info was leaked. I submitted a claim which got accepted and now the scammer is threatening to ban my account by using hacks on it. What can be done to prevent this?

Hello! If your claim was accepted then the unauthorised person shouldn't be able to access your account any longer.
Do you know if they still have access to your account or not?
I am Not sure about That, will he be restrained even if his device gets trusted?

Once a claim is accepted, all login methods get removed and only the email address you submitted during the claim gets linked to your account.
Which means, only the person whose claim gets accepted can access the account.
It says your claim is under review. You will unfortunately need to wait for the claim results to be finalised.
If it gets accepted, the unauthorised person will be removed from the account and only you will be able to access it.

As the owner of the account, it is your responsibility to keep your account secure. Unfortunately there isn't much you can do at the moment except for waiting for the claim results.
If you have a mobile number connected to the account, you can enable 2 Factor Authentication and log out of all devices. This would remove the unauthorised person from the account.
