Core Parking 7950x3D

Hello I just installed Bazzite for the first time and I had a question about core parking on the 7950x3D CPUs. I have been comparing the behavior between Bazzite and Windows (System Monitor and Resource Monitor), and I can confirm cores are parking correctly in Windows when playing CyberPunk 2077, but I don't believe they are in Bazzite. I am new to Linux so I could also be missing something. I am using the KDE desktop environment and are using ScopeBuddy for HDR. Other than installing a few flatpaks and setting the power mode in Bazzite to performance I haven't changed any other system settings. Thank you for the help!
