Permanently banned for ???

Hey, I've been playing Valorant for 4 years and I've never felt the need to use any kind of program that alters the game, in any game, actually. I’ve sent several support tickets asking for help or at least specific details about what caused the ban — what program or anything. The only thing I’ve ever had installed is my mouse driver, like any normal one that only controls DPI and lighting. A few days ago, I uninstalled some large Windows updates that significantly increased my FPS, but after restarting and opening Valorant again, I got an error saying IOMMU was disabled. I even took a picture of it because I didn’t know how to turn it back on and had to ask a friend. But anyway, support has only been giving me automated responses. I just need help, please.
