Questions from a satisfied 20CRM User

A few questions came up as we continue exploring the system, and we’d love your input to ensure we’re not missing any key workflows or setup steps:

Task Ownership:
Why isn’t the owner of a company automatically pre-selected when creating a new task? Are we perhaps missing a configuration option for this?

Custom Types in Timeline:
We’ve created a custom activity type (e.g., Call Type). How can such custom types be displayed in the company or contact timeline?

Company Log Visibility:
Should the company log show all activities completed with any of its related contacts? If not, how can we enable this?

Linking Notes, Calendar Entries & Emails:
Is there a way to link notes with corresponding calendar events or emails, so that related interactions are easier to trace?

Email Sync Control:
How can we define which emails should (or should not) be synced into the CRM? Is there a best practice or setting to manage this selectively?
