It is realtime polling for postgres changes. It runs every 100msec if Postgres changes is on.

It is not your query. It is Supabase's for realtime.

You have no choice if you are using realtime.

Right now it looks like it is taking up a bunch of resources because you are not doing much. If you start doing other queries those will start using a percentage of the time and this one's percentage will drop. It does not change whether you running queries or not.
