Moderators of this server do not moderate the subreddit. If they took your post down, your only option is to contact the mods of the subreddit.
You can contact the Tencent employees you collaborated with for the event if this was an official post that shouldn't have been removed. They can raise the issue to the team that manages the subreddit internally if necessary....

Once again thanks for ur assistance, but I have contacts with Tencent officials from all 3 regions, and they said it was okay to post.
Then the Reddit mods took it upon theirselves to take it down.

That’s why I’m waiting for Error to look into this, since they haven’t replied to the MOD mail. I appreciate ur time to try to help. But this is something error can help with.

I was working with the NA, BR, LATAM Tencent POC, on a official event, that was approved by Krafton, and even Hank, & HQ
I was told it officials wouldn’t be an issue to post this, but the moderators from Reddit, took it down, I opened a mod mail with all the evidence needed but it’s being ignored

It’s not solved one second
I understand moderators in this server do not moderate the subreddit, but Error is in both, and can investigate into this. I contacted the mods from the subreddit but haven’t received a respond. — waiting for a respond from error
& yes, but I don’t think making a big issue with HQ/officials over something that can be resolved with error, is a better route.
since some things are priority.
I haven’t received a respond from the MOD mail, and they’re still being active. I’m guessing Error is busy, or Ooo, but I can wait for a response if needed.
Which is why I’m asking if a moderator can give her a heads up about this.
