Hard billing limit?

I've recently added billing information and upgraded to Workers Paid. After some research, I found it's impossible to set a "hard" billing limit that cut out services when hitting a spending limit.

While Cloudflare is generous with free quota, I'm afraid of being overcharged in case someone attacked / abused my apps.

And yes, there's rate-limiting for Workers and some others, but having hard limits is great for individual or small business users, who can accept downtime of a day or two, but not $1,000 for hundreds of millions of bad Workers requests.

Could Cloudflare possibly add this option? I've heard of desperate dudes who wake up to see enormous AWS bills :NotLikeThis:
