file count differs from upload count

If you are just pointing it at our directory, you will probably need to do more sleuthing to validate all the files underneath are actually images

it is pointing at my local file folder from which i am uploading to immich will digg in to the filetypes, thanks 62697 jpg 7429 jpeg 4077 heic 3412 png 2355 qt 9 lnk 2 txt 2 gif 2 ds_store 1 pdf these are my extension file counts

That seems about right then, it's only picking up the image files

We do not support .qt files, whatever that is, that is the discrepancy It seems it might be a Quicktime file. I guess you could check if renaming it to .mov would allow it to be viewed. I don't think that is a comonly used file type
