Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery....

Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery.
Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information.
If your issue isn't resolved or your claim is declined through the in-game option, you can submit a recovery request for further assistance.

My account was hacked on 21-10-2025 and recovery successful on 27-10-2025 but even after recovery how the hell can operation team accept someone else’s claim regarding my account on 30-10-2025 since then the hacker is inside my account

A new problem always getting in mail response saying the customer service agent has already submitted a claim for me but how did that happen ? verify the wrong information from hacker

THIS IS ACTUALLY THE HACKERS WHO KEEP ON SUBMITTING RANDOM DATA USING MY UID
