Hello i need help, my account was hacked 5 month ago, and when i do the reclamation it keeps declined, while im using my actual device, i don't know what to do im tired, i even also give all the proof that its my account, but it keep decline, i did put all the proof that its my account i don't know what to do?

To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting:
Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery....

Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery.
Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information.
If your issue isn't resolved or your claim is declined through the in-game option, you can submit a recovery request for further assistance.
Hello @Quendi thank you so much for answering me, i did do the recovery on the link you send to me, but i have a question, when i did confirm all the question, should i receive a mail like confirm my recovery request? Because i didn't receive any mail, i tried 2 time on different email
