Account Recovery Rejected Repeatedly Since 2022 Despite Full Proof
There is a serious issue with your support and verification system.
It’s not logical that since April 2022, my account recovery requests have been rejected repeatedly, even though I’ve provided all possible evidence — including the first device used to create the account, the first linked method (Twitter), the first linked email, and all purchase receipts from 2018 to 2022 through Google and Apple.
I also have old photos and gameplay videos proving that I’m the original owner, with over $10,000 USD in total verified purchases.
The strongest evidence is that my account’s login activity shows continuous use inside Saudi Arabia from 2018 until the hack in April 2022, and immediately after the hack, logins started appearing from outside the Kingdom.
This situation is unacceptable — it’s either a failure in your verification system or an internal issue where stolen accounts are being protected instead of restored.
Please escalate my case to a senior investigation team and manually review the provided evidence. I am the legitimate owner and only want my account back.

One of the in-game support agents already confirmed that all the information I provided is accurate and belongs to me. However, my recovery request was rejected because there was another conflicting report, most likely submitted by the hacker.
Also, the current recovery tool only accepts recent purchase receipts, while I actually own all verified receipts from 2018 to 2022 through Google Play and Apple — totaling more than $10,000 USD. These receipts should be considered as the strongest evidence of ownership.

It’s truly ironic — the real owner provides every possible piece of proof that the hacker could never present, yet the hacker is protected, enjoying my money and years of effort, while my legitimate recovery requests keep getting ignored or rejected.
I’ve submitted complete evidence that clearly proves ownership — devices, first linked account, old receipts, and even gameplay history — but the system keeps favoring the wrong side.
Please, have a higher-level team review this case seriously. This situation is deeply unfair.

Don’t spend your money on this game. They will abandon you the moment something happens to your account.
They will ignore your emails, receipts, and every piece of evidence you provide — even after confirming it’s valid.
In the end, they protect the hacker, letting him enjoy your money and years of achievements inside the game.
