No Hardware Decoding in Firefox on a Fresh System Install with a GTX 1660 Super

I hope I didn't overdo it with the tags. Essentially, I am using Bazzite (and Linux) for the first time, on a brand new install, having used the -Desktop -Nvidia (RTX Series | GTX 16xx Series+) -KDE -No Steam Gaming preset ISO. After system installation, I ran the System Updater, rebooted the system twice, and opened Firefox. When playing videos on YouTube or streams on Twitch, I notice some stutters. When checking hardware decoding usage with nvidia-smi dmon, dec stays at 0%, even though it rises when playing local videos with the default video player. This user had a similar issue, which they were able to resolve by rebooting at the time, which has not worked for me.
