Sorry I don't know if this is the right channel for my questions. But I really need some help. My account was automatically downgraded from Pro to Free due to a billing failure. Please help to restore Pro Plan.
What's more, after the downgrade, my R2 subscription was removed automatically, and I can no longer access my buckets.
I did not manually delete the R2 subscription, and I would like to confirm whether the data can be recovered or reactivated.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
