Account recovery
I had linked my pubg account at my facebook which i lost it so I can’t login in to pubg account. I write letter to support about that and they mailed me account claim number. Can someone help me to return my account, i don’t know what to do with that claim number 🥺

There is currently no way to check the status of your claim through the account recovery tool on the login page.
