M.2 Not Formatting

I have a couple of storage devices in the old PC I am using, the boot device is a 256GB SSD, an old 256GB HDD and I picked up a 500GB M.2. Everything is working, I tested them all with the windows 11 install before I moved over to Bazzite. The M.2 drive is now the only one that won't be recognised in Steam mode, but I can find it and partition it and mount it just like the other so I can't figure out what is up with it. It won't let me edit the partition like I can with the others and it doesn't have the partitioning listed or a partition type. Any advice on what obvious thing I am doing wrong would be appreciated.
