hi , i have a quick question , can the hacker use this tool to stop my claim ??
i submitted multiple claims and after around 36 hours the system rejected them, i´m sure of my answers and i have purchase history

If the information you provided was not approved then I suggest double checking your answers, provide information as accurately as possible and include proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, you won’t get justice no matter how much proof you provide.
I have every single piece of evidence — full account info, device history, and purchase receipts worth over $20,000 — yet the hacker is still enjoying my account.
All my tickets get closed without any reply, only showing the status “Completed.”

thank you , let say i was inaktive for months and in this period my account was hacked and the hacker relinked it 2 or 3 times ,and submitted a false claim , and his claim was approved . did i have a chance to recover it ??

There are no real solutions with them — they just keep telling you to “enter your information accurately,” and I did enter it accurately, even details the hacker could never know.
I even know exactly which maps I earned achievements like Commando and Pacifist on, the first device I played on, the full sequence of devices I used, and I have purchase receipts worth a full year of their salaries — yet my claims keep getting rejected automatically.
I even have screenshots of chats with support confirming my information is correct, but the reason for rejection was simply “another claim exists.”
I think I didn’t pay enough attention to the User Agreement when I first registered for this game.
They make you fully responsible for your own account and do not guarantee its recovery in case of theft — which makes it easier for people with admin access or internal privileges to seize our accounts forcibly and unfairly.
Bro if you have Reddit you can talk with Tencent directly, I'm trying now .. you have right in every single word, they make it easier for the hacker to steal your account,and they don't care about the original owner
The hacker can access to the account so he can answer accurately too but they don't want to notice that :hehehe: I've heard that this in-game support are just call center workers,they will reject both claims yours and hacker's,they don't have time for check
I have Reddit, and I tried reaching out to them in every possible way — I even spoke directly with Apple and Google support.
It was surprisingly easy to contact their support teams; they responded quickly and confirmed that all my payment records were valid.
However, they said the issue of account recovery is entirely up to the game’s support team.
Can you imagine? Talking directly to Apple or Google support only took five minutes of waiting, while with PUBG, I have to wait 24 hours just to get a copy-paste reply, hahaha.
yes i know that pubg support just sh..t is , write a question in reddit in pubg channel and mention error , they will help you and investigate for you ,if it´s real or not i don´t know but we have to try, and please help me too bcz i haven´t enough karma to write in the pubg channel, i sendet you an example
