PayPal Payment keeps failing, now we're on the free account and can't get support to help us with it
We were on the Business plan, paying via PayPal which is still a valid, various spurious unpaid invoices showing on our account, it's a mess, and because we've been downgraded to free, we have no way of speaking to someone at CF. We feel there is no valid reason for the account to have been downgraded as there is no valid reason for the payments to have failed.
