for part a) why cant we just say it would be sqrt(4g/l) as we derived in wpe that min vel to complete a circle for a rod is sqrt(4gl)

i was able to get the answer by conserving momentum and then applying COME but isme kya galat hai any1?

i think thats for a particle connected to the end of a massless rod, for this u gotta derive it using 1/2 * I * w^2 = mgl
