in florida usa, my chest measures 36.25 in. and waist 24.5 in, budget ideally under $50, open to secondhand/thrift, not in a rush, rather have 100% cotton or otherwise not polyester
don't really need it to last a super long while but can't find any at all under $50 from the usual stores i check other than uniqlo, but they're out of stock in my size
planning to ask a tailor to take in at sides so that it's more fitted to my waist, will usually wear tucked, most of the time with something over it, length ~29 in.
