Account Recovery
Hello dear PUBG Mobile Service, I am trying to recover my old account that got hacked 2 years ago. I can say more information about my account. I have tried the way with the https://pubgmobile.live/support but they have said "currently ineligible for check. use in game tool" I have tried in game PUBG support but it says that "unusual activity has been detected in your current environment please use your common device." I don't have my old devices because they got broken. I want to send an appeal again from https://pubgmobile.live/support but I can't because my appeal doesn't show in the Google Sheets. I have tried on another Gmail's but it doesn't work as well. What I have to do? I want to get my account back but I can't because of this. I can prove more information if needed. There is my old accounts photo. Help me please I want my old account back, this account is part of myself.

How long did it take for them to respond to the form
@Frager just put as much info as yk if that didn’t work sadly you’d have to start a brand new one but try and keep trying

I did already but I want to get my old account back, I know all peoples that have lost their old accounts they are trying to get account back too, inshallah y'all will get it.
