Contact Data gathering

I’m currently setting up the contact form without using any third-party integrations. The problem is that the text fields are being displayed one after another (see attachment 1). What I want instead is a fully displayed form within a single message, where the user also has the option to correct any incorrect input — similar to what you can see in attachment 2. How can I achieve this? What adjustments do I need to make in the group?
