Fog doesn't appear in vanilla chunks
Fog doesn't render closer than the vanilla loading distance. I had the
Fog mod installed, but I tested it without it and it still didn't work. If I understand correctly, fog should start from the player if it's set to 0

while the fog does start from the player, it doesnt get rendered until it reaches DH's rendering
this is because DH doesnt (or mostly doesnt) touch normal rendering
