Organic Resonance Doubt

Which one is more stable and why? My reasoning is is ch3 is bulky hence the o is more electron negative and would be more withdrawing the electrons from the benzene ring

Ketone is more stable -ch3 is +I group Pushes electrons makes the partial charge less Hence more stable

question is vague stable with respect to what oxidation? nucleophilic addition answer differs in each case pls stop saying that 😭 🙏 it's the sp2 carbon that acts as a -I and not the CH3 that acts like +I
