Organic Resonance Doubt
Which one is more stable and why?
My reasoning is is ch3 is bulky hence the o is more electron negative and would be more withdrawing the electrons from the benzene ring

-ch3 is +I group
Pushes electrons makes the partial charge less
Hence more stable
Thank you
@Sephrina Can you please tell me if I have identified +I and -I correctly here?

Nh2 is -I as it pulls electrons
C=o is also -I
question is vague
stable with respect to what
oxidation?
nucleophilic addition
answer differs in each case
pls stop saying that 😭 🙏
it's the sp2 carbon that acts as a -I and not the CH3 that acts like +I
Ap Mai kya karu yaha yahi chalta hai
Merko to ye sab yaad bhi nhi rhtaa
😭
