Bad fps rate on lower hardware requirement games.
I have an HP Victus laptop with AMD cpu and RTX 3050 TI gpu. I bought Party Animals yesterday to play with my friends, but after loading assets it has 15 fps and whatever I do it stays that way. I usually play The Finals just fine, I tried Albion Online before and it had a bad fps too until I switched to vulkan renderer. On my windows I get 120 fps in Party Animals. I tried a lot of things but none seems to work. The only thing I can find is that my system usually uses my igpu's vram twice it's capabilities why my dedicated gpu doesn't in a heavy load. In my windows igpu is ignored altogether and steam's statistics doesn't show my igpu's load. I like this system and it's frustrating it has this issue. Because it is a laptop I can't fully disable my igpu and supergfxctl doesn't let me choose only gpu (Linux Mint could).
