Neon's account exists, but... where?
I forgot about my Neon account because I recently joined a new team and project. When I requested the email associated with the Neon account, the database we're working with doesn't exist. I asked them to provide me with the actual project email address, and they insisted it was the same one.
I already spoke with the team, and they don't know what happened, whether they used a different account, or what the problem might be.
That's why I tried contacting Neon to find a solution. The database is supposed to be linked to my company's tech email, but it's not there.
