Delivery Of pannet through DHL
Hello I received an email from DHL EXPRESS with tracking number and an link to prove my identification Before sending. But there is a problem that I am 18 but I haven't made my Government issued ID yet I have no idea what to do noW. NEED SOME GUIDANCE

Hi Storm! There should be an option to send a message to DHL about any questions regarding delivery. Can you try asking them first about what you can do in this situation? Maybe they can offer some other way for you to prove your identity.
If you don't receive a helpful response you can let me know and I'll ask if the PUBG MOBILE Team can do anything to help.
There was an option that "unable to complete verification" I did that but they. Asked to verify again so I did that again with full explanation after that I got an estimated date and tracking id of delivery but it said if unable to verify the parcel might get returned to so it's just a risk that it goes back. Tried contacting their email but no response from that. So I think I will have to wait until that date
Is there no option to open a support ticket on their website?
No just their email did that yesterday but no response yet

Have no clue what to do there 😶 tracking it just says shipment is on hold
And origin, destination and estimated time so I think I should wait till that estimated time which is 20nov
Is there no contact us option there? 🤔 Most of the delivery companies let you open a live support ticket.

Even if there isn't an option like that they should respond to your email within a few days. You can also try calling the Pakistan branch of DHL tomorrow. I will ask other mods if they know anything that might help you.

You should ask them how long they will hold the parcel for and if you can verify your identity in some other way.
Either way looks like you will have to get an ID card to be able to collect the parcel. I will still ask if the PUBG MOBILE Team can do anything to help but if it's a DHL policy then I don't know if they can help.
They are saying "please ask shipper to rebook shipment with new name"
So I should give a new name of a person who i know so i can verify Identity 🫥
