Got banned from PC Club
Hello Valorant community and staff,
I'm reaching out in hopes of getting help with an account ban that I believe was a mistake. I've been trying to resolve this for almost two years with no luck.
Here's a summary of my situation:
What Happened: In 2023, I was playing Valorant at a PC cafe when a mass ban wave occurred. The ban was triggered because another user installed cheats on one of the PCs there. My account was banned in this wave by accident.
The Issue: I didn't know my account was banned and only found out 3 weeks later. Because of this delay, the PC cafe's initial appeal to Riot to unban the affected accounts did not include my username.
What I've Tried:
The PC cafe now says they can't help me further due to privacy rules and that I must contact Riot support myself.
I've submitted several tickets to Riot Support, but they have been ignored or closed.
I've tried reaching out to Rioters, content creators, and esports players, but haven't had any success.
I have no direct "proof" of my innocence, but I'm hoping you can check your internal data. You should be able to see that my account was only ever accessed from that PC cafe's IP address and that it was caught in the same mass ban wave.
I am ready to provide any information you need, such as:
My account details (username, tag, precise ban date).
Screenshots of my conversations with the PC cafe management.
Could anyone from the staff please advise me on what I can do? Is there a specific way to escalate this or get a proper review?
