Requesting Support for False Positive Permanent Ban — Detailed Evidence Included

Hello everyone, I am reaching out to seek help regarding a permanent ban on my Valorant account. I strongly believe this ban is a false positive and I am hoping for a fair review. Here is a summary of my situation: -I was playing normally when, after stepping away for a short break, I returned to find I was banned. -My PC is clean of any cheats or unauthorized software, and I have never shared my account. -I have submitted detailed technical evidence, including videos showing my PC uptime, malware scans, and a clean software environment. -I also have other accounts that operate normally on the same hardware, which suggests this is not an HWID ban. -I have contacted Riot Support multiple times and even reached out to the Anti-Cheat Police Department (ACPD) who clarified they have no authority over bans. -I am willing to cooperate fully, including providing further evidence or even physical inspection if needed. My account has significant sentimental value to me, beyond monetary investment, and I simply want a thorough human review of my case. If anyone has advice on how to escalate this or has had a similar experience with a successful resolution, your input would be greatly appreciated.

Whats your ingame name and tag ? + if ban placed correctly they cant tell you what cuz the ban for policy company reason did you share your account to your friends or family ? and your hardware is fine ?

Yes, I even recorded a video which I sent to Riot support yesterday. The video clearly shows that I'm on the same PC where the ban occurred. I sent the Vanguard logs and the Riot client logs. Furthermore, the video also shows that my PC wasn't turned off or restarted at any point during recording, and you can see me logging into my secondary account and playing without any issues.

No, if you look closely, my performance started to decline when I stopped playing Duelist. I'm the original owner of the account; I would never buy another one. I think it's a natural inconsistency in a player; I insist that it would never cross my mind to cheat, it wouldn't make sense that I bought the new bundle yesterday. This account hurts me deeply; beyond the economic value invested in it, it has sentimental value, because I sincerely consider myself a skin collector and this has morally devastated me.

no you not gonna get ban for that prob you either bought the account and riot notice it you share the account to someoe and you not saying it and this person got hwid and your account was linked to their pc or something wrong going on with your account

Anyway, even if I had a HWID ban and for some reason it wasn't applied correctly, meaning it allowed me to play anyway, when Riot support sent me that message the first thing I did was format my PC and install Malwarebytes as instructed in the ticket. Therefore, whether or not there was an HWID ban, it doesn't imply that I used third-party software on my account at any time.

I don’t mean that my pc has HWID ban directly, but it coincides with the day I started having the VAN102 connection errors When I started having connection errors I sent a ticket and they told me in the message that I have HWID BAN until December 29, which were just automated messages from support because in all support messages they mentioned the VAN152 error, which I have never had, I could not play in any account if so. My theory is that maybe those rams I acquired were marked by HWID and that marked my PC, however it doesn’t make much sense to me because I’ve always been able to play Regarding what @momo mentions, I have never bought and would never buy an account, I have always had the same email, I even have all the purchase receipts of all the purchases I have made in RIOT, what’s more, my account has always had the same email, even my email matches my DNI name, which reaffirms that I have never done that reprehensible action
