VAOC Calibration Issue

Recently purchased a used V-core 4 500 IDEX and I have been succesfully printing with T0. I am trying to start printing with both heads and attempted to do VAOC calibration, but when the toolheads move to the VAOC camera after hitting the start calibration button, T1 appears to be colliding with the motor mounts in the back right corner and causing T0 to not be centered over the camera and then I get the following Klipper Shutdown error. "TMC 'dual_carriage' reports error: DRV_STATUS: 801c0103 otpw=1(OvertempWarning!) ot=1(OvertempError!) t120=1 cs_actual=28 stst=1"

You need to adjust your belts if I am picturing this right. Manually push the gantry all the way to the rear, does one side hit first? If so, you need to go through the commissioning guide (specifically for IDEX) and follow instructions for racking, belt tensioning, and skew adjustment.

Here's a short video showing the behavior. https://photos.app.goo.gl/sjvxmV9FTADAxHgP7

One side thing to note is that your T0 has the wrong part cooling diffuser. It should look identical to the IDEX. Second of all, for some reason your printer is not moving T1 to the center when it's travelling backwards. I think you may want to go through the commissioning guide and start from the configurator to reset the printer to IDEX. Honestly, with a used printer I'd just start from scratch so you know what you're dealing with but that's just me

On your RatOs main page, under extruder, does it show T0 and T1?

It does show T0 and T1 on the dashboard and I can control and print with both. I did look into just starting over with the configurator, but it's a little strange as when I use the generated print.cfg file, there seems to be issues such as motors going the wrong direction for starters. When that happened, I figured it might be safer to just tweak what's there in case things just weren't wired correctly and whatnot. This is my first experience with a rat rig and I'm very new to klipper type printers, so further advice is welcome based on the above.

This is overheating of the drivers. Are you using a main board fan?
