PC not restarting

When I try to restart my PC in the beginning everything seems fine, but after a while both monitors go into the sleep mode and nothing is happening. To actually restart my PC I have to use buttons on the case.
How do I fix this?
I picked KDE version of Bazzite.

For me it was that I had opened applications that did not let my pc shut down. For example an unsaved picture edit. Manually close applications like that and it will shut down
