how do i solve this problem now, i play at internet coffee, and they said i have to write a ticket for riot

Is that pc on win11
Internet cafe is wrong, the settings on that PC are wrong
Not much you can do since it’s not your PC
other accounts can play, except mine
they said i have to write a ticket
Secure Boot, HVCI and the format of the hard disk are all settings for that PC
Not an account
IT people said HVCI so my account was banned
Is that pc in the cafe on win 10 or 11
No
Sooner or later any account on that PC will probably get the same message
Tl;dr there’s one of two things you can do
Make a ticket to player support and explain it’s an internet cafe pc and see if they’ll make an exception
or
Convince internet cafe people to enable the recommended UEFI settings
It’s better for the cafe to fix it so accounts in the future don’t have issues
