There is a big Cloudflare outage at the moment which is currently being fixed. At the moment, there is no ETA for the fix.

Cloudflare is an american service and is not a part of Riot games. Since this is not a Riot issue, we have no idea when it will be fixed. Might be in an hour, might be in 5. We can only wait :SAD: It might be that Riot decides to not apply pentalties for disconnects that happened during the outage, but that is only a guess. You will have to see if you get a penalty.

Yeah, cloudflare affects a LOT of things
