Is there a charge for submitting a support ticket?
I submitted a support ticket and received this notification in my email.
Does that mean there is a charge?
I wasn't aware of this.

I believe that reply is in response to your query, which the system guessed was related to billing. If that is not the case, you can reopen the ticket by replying to the email.
You should not be charged for opening a support ticket
