I got HEIC error at midnight backup, now immich isnt usable
Hello guys, i got this error from an image in my external library.
I think it was logged after trying to backup...
Error: Input file has corrupt header: /external/library/hdd/Dropbox/Luboš Fellner/Andamany/Sri Lanka_novy_rok_2025_Lubos/Sri lanka tance chram kultura-6.HEIC: bad seek to 2266983
since then, the app isnt usable, see attached screenshot, then it even crashes
I ttried restarting docker contaienrs, nothing helps so far..
Any ideas ?

so i just upgraded from 2.3.0 to 2.3.1, it works now, but was it cauased by the HEIC? what with the HEIC files? are they supported or not?
Hi I think I have the same problem

But I cant press nothing
It works on the mobile app but not in the web browser
incognito window is same

but upgrading did not work idk what to do i got thru the cheklist and FAQ idk what to do
allso tried roling back to previous version
Allso have jellyfin installed, it works fine somewhy
allso shows online

but times out the browser

hm
the latest version is 2.3.1
run docker compose pull && docker compose up -d
it will update for you
its working fine for me now, but iam still not sure about the HEIC error
I use truenas server, i don't use the comand line 🥲
u use some docker manager tho?
or how did u deploy
integrated one
it might have functionality to recreate the containers
etc
u need to get to the version 2.3.1
meybe they will update it on the truenas server in a shortwhile

up to date
not everything updates at the same time
meybe then I just need to wait for the update
maybe, idk how truenas works with this
