Call of Juarez opens then stops running

HGL is installed as a flatpak and I've ran the command from the FAQ to reinstall the flatpak. BTRFS filesystem. Proton-GE-Latest.
In my first installation, I was able to see a popup of the Call of Juarez game. But then after the popup disappears an error appears that says that my Serial Number is incorrect and that I should reinstall the game.
When I reinstalled the game, I wasn't able to see the popup with the Call of Juarez picture anymore. Instead it's just a black popup. The error that says that the serial number is incorrect no longer appears.

I assume that crash.log is the correct attachment because I've deleted crash.log content and the log appeared with text when I reopened it after running the game.
