Internal drives are "combined"

Despite lsblk showing that the partitions are separate, and that there is no RAID array, Steam and the file explorer show my SSD (which was set as boot) and HDD (which was partitioned to remove everything on it for extra storage) as one storage, which is incredibly concerning, and might explain why i'm having a slow startup after boot, despite nothing being on the HDD.

This is likely an issue with how I partitioned the system, and would like to know if I could ootentially separate the hard drive, if possible, without reinstalling.
